Answers for accounts, markets, and settlements

Find quick guidance for using demo credits, placing predictions, reviewing history, understanding referrals, and troubleshooting the StreamTrade market experience.

Demo-first transparency

StreamTrade pages describe platform concepts and demo-credit market tools. Product availability depends on eligibility, jurisdiction, and approved terms.

How do I access my account?

Use the login page with your email and password. If you are testing locally, use the seeded demo credentials from the project README or create a new account from signup.

What are demo credits?

Demo credits are simulated balances used to place predictions in the demo market experience. They have no cash value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, or redeemed.

How do I place a prediction?

Open Markets or the Demo Terminal, choose an available market, select UP or DOWN, enter an amount within the market limits, and confirm before the round locks.

Where can I see open predictions?

The Active page and the terminal's open positions panel show predictions that have not settled yet. The wallet also reflects locked demo credits while a prediction is open.

Where do settled predictions go?

Settled predictions appear in History with their final status, payout, profit or loss, market, and settlement timing.

How do referrals work?

When referrals are enabled, you earn the configured percentage of each confirmed deposit made by users who signed up through your affiliate link. The default reward is 20% and is credited in the same deposited asset.

How is the leaderboard calculated?

The leaderboard ranks demo performance using settled prediction data. It is intended for competition and discovery, not a promise of future performance.

Why did a round settle a certain way?

Rounds settle by comparing the settlement reference price to the entry reference price. Settlement logs preserve source details for operational review.

Why can I not place a prediction?

The round may be locked, paused, settled, over the pool limit, outside amount limits, or your available demo balance may be too low.

What should I do if something looks wrong?

Capture the market name, round time, prediction amount, and any visible error message, then use the Contact Support page so the team can review the account and settlement records.
